Here's the intro with the context behind this video:

"In the summer of 2020, I saw wildfire smoke cover downtown for the first time. This started a series of changes in my life priorities that would eventually bring you this video.

On June 14, 2023, at the start of this year's smoke filled summer, I recorded this footage using Live Weather & Time in Microsoft Flight Simulator because it was safer staying inside.

If it gets gonged you can find my video & music online for free, but then you'll miss the view over I-35W that I saw biking home from work that inspired this horrifying project.

If you need a climate anxiety palette cleanse afterwards: check out the East Phillips Neighborhood Institute roof Depot victory as well as the current struggle lead by the Zero Burn Coalition to shut down the HERC incinerator.
